Understanding the Spam Quarantine

Learn what emails get quarantined, how to release or delete messages, and how to read your daily spam report on Tonmly.

What Gets Quarantined?

The spam filter scans all incoming messages and moves suspicious emails into quarantine. These may include:

  • Spam and junk mail
  • Phishing attempts
  • Messages with malicious attachments or links
  • Bulk email campaigns from unknown senders

This process protects your inbox and ensures you only receive safe, relevant messages.

How to Release or Delete Messages

To view quarantined emails, log in at quarantine.tonmly.com using a login link.

From your dashboard:

  • βœ… Release: Delivers the message to your inbox and trains the filter to allow similar messages.
  • πŸ—‘οΈ Delete: Permanently removes the message from quarantine.

You can take action on individual messages or multiple ones at once using the checkboxes.

Understanding Your Daily Reports

Each day, you'll receive an Email Scout Report with a summary of your quarantined messages. You can:

  • Quickly scan the subject and sender
  • Click to release, allow, or delete right from the email
  • Preview message content before taking action

If you don’t see the report, check your spam folder or make sure it's enabled in your quarantine dashboard under My Settings > Protection Report.
